So the journey began.
EPW was taken over in 2008 by Claes Almgren, the business was initially electrical installations, with the private side as a basis, but soon switched to having industry as its main part. The higher demands in the industry meant that we had to adapt, take courses in machine safety, acquire CAD programs, the new business required more instruments for more advanced measurements, larger premises were needed to be able to build control cabinets. Programmers needed to be hired, and EPW became more of an automation company than an electrical installation company. The combination lives on today and the synergy effects are valuable. Over the years, EPW has had assignments throughout Europe and also in the United States. The curiosity to learn new things lives on, to meet new people and see how we solve the next idea for the next product.
