Processing of personal data
1. What is a personal information?
A personal data is all information that can be directly, or indirectly, attributed to a physically living person. Examples of this range from social security numbers to e-mail addresses, but even encrypted data can constitute personal data if they can be linked to natural persons.
2. What is a "processing" of a personal data?
The concept of "processing" is broad and includes most things you can do with a personal task. Everything from collection and storage to change, use or deletion constitutes "treatment".

6. How long do we store your information?
Your personal data is only processed for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected - for example, as long as it is necessary for us to be able to fulfill the obligations we have as a result of an agreement with you. We may save the data longer if required by law or to safeguard our legal interests, e.g. whether a legal process is underway.
Your personal information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
7. Profiling
If you are a customer with us, we look at how you use our website, which of our goods, services and offers you have been interested in, which of our newsletters you have interacted with and information about your purchases. We do this to provide you with offers that we think you would be interested in.

8. Who can we share your information with?
We may share your personal information with companies and suppliers that provide services for us, e.g. to handle mailings, communicate offers, provide IT systems and perform customer analysis. We may also share the personal data necessary to establish, assert and exercise the legal interests of EPW, Electro Pro West AB, for example with debt collection companies.

9. Where is your information processed?
